9D Breathwork in the Garden
Breathe, release, and reconnect in the beauty of the garden. This immersive outdoor 9D Breathwork journey combines breathwork, sound, somatic release, guided visualization, and more to help you quiet mental chatter, release stored emotions, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded.
This is an in-person session at Calgo Gardens, held outdoors in the field near the yurt. No previous breathwork experience is needed.
